#182 Standard bashed patch name should be Bashed Patch.esp

not Bashed Patch, 0.esp. The extra ", 0" is useful for advanced setups, but not for the common case. If users select "New Bashed Patch" from the context menu, and there is a bashed patch already in the directory, then we can start appending the numbers.

This should change both for the original creation of the empty patch file on startup and in the logic for adding a new bashed patch file via the context menu

    Only problem I see with this is when adding new patches. We'll have to rename both the original and the new one so we get that exclusion group action going on.
