#253 Frostcrag Spire wrong cell names

Patches created with CBash cause Frostcrag Spire cells to be named incorrectly: Frostcrag Spire Main Level becomes "Bruma House Test" while Frostcrag Spire Living Area and Frostcrag Spire Vault both become "TesterHouseBrumaMid". CBash takes the names from Oblivion.esm instead of Frostcrag.esp and DLCFrostcrag - Unofficial Patch.esp. Editor IDs of affected cells are frostcragspire01, frostcragspire02 and frostcragspire03.

Attached is a bashed patch built from Oblivion.esm and Frostcrag.esp only with default settings, Wrye Bash 303, CBash 0.6.0.
