#166 BAIN error during mod installation

BAIN can't remove temp files it generated itself, despite not being in a UAC protected folder.

Lojack, Arthmoor, I am afraid this bug still exists. Usual way to reproduce it is to go to installer tab, right click anything that is installable, let it install. Repeat the process of installing things until eventually (but quite quickly) it says something along the lines of, "Oblivion folder in use" and went I hit try again over and over, even though Wrye Bash is the ONLY thing open, try again never works. Part of the file name, since I can't hit "cancel" on the "oblivion folder in use" fast enough to see the "move files dialogue -- more>>" button much less click it, is Wrye"something"

I am NOT installing into default oblivion folder. My installation is at: C:\Oblivion\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion

I have the Microsoft redistributable installed, and I allowed the python version to download all of its dependencies.

I have tried these installations in both the Standalone Wrye Bash, and python Wrye Bash.

I will be giving more information once this huge thunderstorm lets up so I can plug into electrical with my desktop.

This bug was experience breaking enough that I felt I needed to get more awareness for this as soon as possible.

I also have UAC completely disabled on my computer.
I am on an Administrator account.
Windows 7 - 64-bit (have tried both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of various things to get this to stop)

I REALLY hate this bug.
