#137 upgrating from 291 to 295 may cause Oblivion.esm ghosting

"A few extra details though: This was with the latest release version 295, but I have been running it since it first came out, so a while now (i.e. not a problem that arose on installing that version. That install by the way was a fresh install on a brand new system.) And unlike the smash my install is not through Steam and nor was it in the Program files folder, and UAC is still set as default.
And when Wrye Bash failed to install it set ALL of my files (esp and esm) to .ghost (so not surprising that Oblivion.esm couldn't be found then! :lol: ) "
How much of an issue could this still be after all this time?
