Headline: improved toString() methods for Plugin and Resources
Description: Plugin#toString() should printout the currently installed resources, and the various resource methods should print out more info in their toString() methods... for example whether they are managed or unmanaged.  This should help debug situations where a plugin does not seem to want to go inactive, because the developer will be able to see which unmanged resources are currently installed
