Headline: first-time-config plugin
Description: an (at the moment, still very fuzzy) idea for a plugin that would do something the first time the user runs the application... for example there are talkback parameters (for example, user's email) that should be entered.  Also, a screen showing a license with an "I agree" checkbox.  etc.
