Details:

Headline: when .jar files are not in current dir
Description: because of the way the classpath is setup, cache.jar must be in the same dir as oscript.jar (and possibly other .jar files).  But cache.jar must also be in the current directory, since the code that mounts cache.jar doesn't know where cache.jar really is
