Headline: memory leak(s)
Description: it seems a memory leak or two has crept in... I don't see any indication that the doc or view is GC'd when the last console view or editor window in a dock is closed.  Also, the pkg.editor.EditorFrame doesn't seem to be getting GC'd.  For reference, the FileBrowser view and dock *do* get GC'd.
