The following modifications were made to this issue:

Status changed from 'Assigned' to 'Resolved'

Comment:  moving to 'resolved'... there is definately more to do, but this puts the framework in place and makes a good start at implementing the tests.  The rest of the work will happen on other PRs.  I will try to a certain extent to add tests as I fix other bugs, in order to prevent regressions in the future.  Also, I have filed OBJS70 for future work that is unrelated to particular bug fixes
