Headline: console/file-browser should remember state, and...
Description: file-browser currently remembers that it has *a* window open... this was a work-around for a bug that has been long since fixed (oscript used to always use a _wrapper class, which would cause serialization probs if cache.jar is deleted).  Both console and file-browser should remember which views they have open, and restore to previous state at startup.
