Headline: reminder: hard coded address in TalkbackPlugin
Description: once the chimera/ide code is imported, I need to remember to change the hard coded default email address that reports get sent to.  An ideal solution would involve no hard coded default, and some utility to generate config.jar's which (among other things) contains the current talkback email address
