#2 DataGrid: Can't suppress BYLAYER and BYBLOCK

When using the color or linetype grid style it is not
possible to suppress the BYLAYER and BYBLOCK
options. This is a MUST when creating a new layer in
autocad because BYLAYER and BYBLOCK values cannot be
applied to layers, only object. This is why the
autolisp function acad_colordlg provides this feature.
