[ojb-users] removeFromCache, invalidate

Can someone tell me the difference between these two methods.
Not entirely sure I understand from the JavaDocs.

Looks like removeFromCache removes the object just from the broker being
used? hmmm..

Invalidate removes all examples of the object?
