[Objectbridge-jdo-dev] reference enhancer

Should the reference enhancer work for most implementations?  

Also, when should the enhancement take place?  Using the tutorial app as an example, You have your Product class.  Now do you enhance before you can start using it, or do you enhance at runtime?  Seems like it would be a pain to have to enhance every class every time you make a change?
