[Objectbridge-jdo-dev] JDO implementation

Ok,

so i made some major changes to the JDO implementation at http://johndoe.sourceforge.net.  

The jdo classes no longer extend OJB classes, they just use them as private members to hide them from users and it also means, that no changes are required anymore to the OJB install.  You can leave the properties file and everything alone and this should work fine.  Tutorial application is updated as well.
