We are still in the launch phase of the JDO implementation. That is 
there no design or implementation work going on.

We are currently discussing design issues and how the work can be organized.

Things may seem a bit unorganized right now. There is no centralized 
organization right now and we have find our style how things can be done 
  in a team distributed around the globe.
