Hi all,

I worked on build.xml to eliminate the old junit target and related stuff.

I kicked out the the old stuff and renamed junit2 to junit.
I also removed the ojb.broker.util.ScriptTool.

The file src/test/test/setup/db-setup.sql is now obsolete and won't be 
referenced by any scripts.


So we'll have to maintain only the Torque files to generate new 
test-tables and test-data.
