Hi David,

I'm currently checking if there are still pieces of code with 
incompatible licenses. I found that there is some code in 
ojb.broker.query that originates from OpenEMed.

Namely classes:
DBException
SearchFilter
OJBSearchFilter

Do you agree to place those files under the Apache licence?
If not, we will have to remove those classes from the OJB codebase.
