People can continue to work on the code base right up to the time I'm
about to move the code over. As long as the testbeds are working and I
can verify everything then I don't see any problems in continuing to
work on the repository at SF.

Right now it depends on when people get their contributors agreements
in. Jim Jaglieski takes care of these things for Apache so I've asked
him to let me know when the agreements have all been sent in.

Once that is done then I will post something to list. Until that time,
continue as you were.
