Hi,

I have done quite a lot of XSLT and I think that I might be able to 
write a migration stylesheet.

However I am not into the finer details of the mapping files, so what I 
can offer is a stylesheet that generates files that complies to the new 
DTD. Not a throughly tested migration path.

If you just send me a bunch of working mapping files (all entries are 
welcome) I'll try to write the stylesheet over the weekend.
