[OJB-developers] reversedb uses jakarta-regexp instead of gnu-regexp

Hi,

just modified reversedb to use jakarta-regexp instead of gnu-regexp. There
are no other references to the gnu-regexp library other than from reversedb,
so I am going to remove this library from CVS.

I'm going to change the license header in the reversedb package now.
