Thomas P=F6schmann also volunteers to contribute.

He just ordered a SourceForge project, so we can try
to coordinate the work on the API in the future.

I would really enjoy to share samples and test code.
I will send a message when the site is up.

Indeed I did not really get back to work on S.O.D.A. yet.
We have set the release date for our own implementation to
the end of June, so I will have to.

(S.O.D.A. stands for "Simple Object Database Access". I prefer to write i=

with the points, since Rational has a product named "Soda".)

The S.O.D.A.  API is more powerful than it looks.
The current syntax could be used to do some highly complex things.
I wouldn't underestimate the problems to port all the possibilities
to a relational database. I will put up some more samples on the
SourceForge site soon.
