[OJB-developers] Why repository.xml has to be in app CLASSPATH

Hi all, I'm trying to setup OJB to work with an WEB-APP and I am having
some problems because repository.xml has to be in $CLASSPATH.
Is there any reason for this ?
Is this a feature ?
