[Objectbridge-developers] new release 0.1.100

dear OJB developers,

I just rolled out a new release.
As you can see from the build number it does not contain much changes to
the last release 0.1.98.

The only things added are
- a tutorial application in package test.ojb.tutorial1
- a tutorial document on basic techniques using OJB as a persistence
layer. (see http://objectbridge.sourceforge.net/tutorial1.html for
details) I hope you find it useful!
