System requirements

• By default OODB server (OODBC) takes port 3756 but a constructor of OODBC.Server object can be called with a custom port number if needed.
• In order to instruct Window OS that the user can take a port the following cmd command must be called beforehand:
  netsh http add urlacl url="http://localhost:3756/" user=everyone
• The .dll libraries OODB, OODBC and OODBI have been compiled with target .NET framework v4.7.2.
• Tests in PowerShell have been done for v5.1.
