Licensing

• All packages, namely OODB, OODBC and OODBI, available for download from SOURCEFORGE are disctributed under GNU Lesser Public License free of charge.
• The software can be used "as is" meaning that any customizations and extenstions to the software are not possible with the free version.
• The most important limitation of the free version of OODB is that the database is "32-bit" as far as memory range is concerned limiting its total capacity to ~2Gb.
