[Objc-discuss] objc-3.3.20 for visual c++

I've updated the binary package for Microsoft Visual C++.

This compiler backend is probably one of the good choices for Windows x64 64bit,
Portable Object Compiler supports 64bit since a long time (DEC Alpha Tru64 etc.).

Basically this is just a recompile on "Microsoft Windows 10"

The main focus of the Portable Object Compiler is the C/Unix environment,
which is the logical 'ecosystem' for the object pre-compiler software,
but some programs can be ported to Microsoft Windows as well ...
