#1 stdcall omitted in some class

Found while testing the new, more later Delphi
compatible Free pascal compiler for Delphi compat, that
errors on this:

impobiwanrtl, tcachitem, _release method should be
"stdcall"

Seems that Delphi auto adds the stdcall.

So does FPC now ;-)

Still it is a bit ugly I think.
