#827 empty/null value for a property in OBI

In the concept OBI_0000699 ("survival assessment"), there's an empty/null property. In the OWL file, it shows up like

<obo:OBI_9991118 rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string"/>

This is the only instance of this property that doesn't have a value in OBI. We've fixed it in our end, but I thought you'd like to get it on your side as well.

This empty annotation was removed in commit 4092. Sorry for the delay.
