#685 sequence assembly (as data, not as process )

Need: to be able to talk about 'sequence assembly' as 'DNA sequence data' resulting from a 'sequence assembly process'.

Proposal: create an import from SO:assembly and a number of subclasses.
Status: ready to be committed following use of Ontofox

Action: Need to liaise with 'data transformation branch' regarding ticket #682 which created a 'sequence assembly' class as a subtype of data transformation

Do you mean to import SO: assembly and its subclass SO: sequence assembly as subclass of 'DNA sequence data'?

Current SO: region was imported as subclass of BFO:generically dependent continuant, sibling of IAO: information content entity. There is a discussion about it is an ICE or GDC in SO group. However, I don't know the result about the discussion. Would like to hold on the import.
