#19 File extension matching must be case-insensitive

No

Let's say we have mapped a file category to '.exe .dll'. Then, suppose that there's a file in the device named 'something.EXE'.

Since the file category matching is case-sensitive, the '.EXE' file is displayed as an unknown file instead of a file of the matching category '.exe .dll'.
