Ober release 0.9.1

Ober version 0.9.1 is out. New features include better location choosing for new viewers, default colors for track and main tags, and namespaces.

If you use Java and you like (or miss) the Oberon environmen, I suggest you give this a try. I'd like to get your feedback.

This is still in its infancy, but it is already quite functional and useable.
