MobileApps

In principle, we can have apps (or ports of an app) to various different mobile platforms. The [VehicleDatabases] are platform-independent, so that's out of the way. The [LicenseDetails] have been chosen to avoid complications for iPhone development.

In practice, the platform most likely to see an app first is Android, because Brad Hein of GTOSoft has working code in VoyagerConnect and VoyagerDash and has expressed an interest in open-sourcing some portion of it and participating in the project!
