#2 Vincent's DTC XGauges aren't in NHW11 database

Currently the NHW11 database can't re-export the DTC Xgauges from Vincent's postings, because they're not in the database yet.

That's just because the VehicleDatabaseFormat still needs a way to represent things
other than PID queries -- this is just waiting on ticket:1.

For a workaround meanwhile, if you want code for DTC XGauge queries, look in Vincent's files in PCpost:1228751.
