#1 extend database format to describe more than PIDs

The VehicleDatabaseFormat so far only describes parameters that can be queried.

It needs to be extended with representations for DTC queries and operations of
other OBD-II modes. I'll need to work with somebody who knows OBD-II protocol
well enough to judge what would be reasonable general representations.
