    Hallo OpenBexi Users! And creator/s

    First up its great to find a project that aims to do what this one does - as a
    stepping stone tool to doing own code, as well as a way to do current work in
    HTML ahead of those skills

    It seems this project is being run by a single person who must get overwhelmed
    by the number of support requests
    I would be happy to help contrib some tuts if I can get on top of this asap

    Running on WindowsXP
    FF 13.0.1

    GOOD STUFF
    Download and install easy
    Tutorial Video looks promising
    All positive feedback got me in
    Added itself to Start menu - looked good but turns out only thing showing is
    Uninstall OB ??

    CHALLENGES
    My experience - taken about 7 hours so far
    1. FF - Suggest using the FIREFOX that comes with the install - in its own folder - will need to update it - its version 1 - we are at version 13 currently - late June 201 To avoid issues with not being able to get URL access to localhost:8282
    Seems to have done the trick for me - more below

    1. My install set itself up in C>Documents and Settings>Owner>

    2. UNEXPECTED: Re FF - had to uninstall existing version of FF V13.6... to be able to update the FF living within the OB files - couldn't figure out why my existing FF setup was not loading - showed up in task manager Processes pane but not in Running Apps pane
      Found the one that came with the install and tried to use that one - asked to
      be updated. When I tried to update got a message saying already up to date -
      so some sort of crossover happening there between Install version and pre-
      existing version. After a few unsuccessful attempts to update install FF I
      decided to trash the exising one
      So using the new FF in the install, deleting the pre-existing one, updating
      the new one

    3. Still not able to get started by entering the localhost URL shown in the OVERVIEW VIDEO
      Tried many times, went online to search about locating localhost, finding
      client side server address etc etc - all answers way to tech for me - and I am
      ok with tech

    4. Tried to open OpenBexi using the StartUp Menu - only option in flyout menu was "Uninstall OB"??
      Tried to go into intsalled files to find a way to start the app from there
      Went to shorcut on Desktop - that did the trick
      Whereas entering the direct URL didn't work, using the link to shorcut on my
      Desktop opened the same URL successfully after the CMD screen did its thing

    5. Tried to Open and didn't get the list of options under "File Browser"

    Hello Loren,

    Thank you for your help.

    The overview tutorial is out of date since the version 4.1 has been released.
    After starting OpenBEXI from the "OpenBEXI Creative" icon, you may close your
    Firefox Browser to avoid any version conflicts, and use a Google Chrome
    browser instead.

    By using Google Chrome you make take advantage of all HTML5 feature
    implemented in OpenBEXI like dragging pictures from anywhere to build your Web
    page.

    start OpenBEXI Builder .

    You may download the very last release of OpenBEXI version 4.1 Beta2 which may
    fix your Firefox compatibility issue.
    Look for OPENBEXICreative-4.1-Beta2-windows-installer.exe
