OS: fedora mate 4.8.6-300.fc25.x86_64 i downloaded and executed the oast-2.4-linux-x86-64.sh script. it goes through the install, shows it has completed, ready to click next, but it hangs there, never completes. does this app need "kdesu" installed? will that app conflict with "mate"?
Please ignore. I found this is a viable alternative: http://whatismyip.akamai.com/. OAST is now showing the right IP. Still no connection...looking elsewhere for the issue
Greetings. Ive used OAST for several years now. At work, Ive had no issues until recently. The error message I get is "Can't detect IP." The result is that no VPN connection is made. The detection IP URL in the OAST settings is http://www.whatismyip.com/automation/n09230945.asp This is the same URL I use at home with no issue...so maybe something with the network or router I use at work has changed recently. When I visit http://www.whatsmyip.com from work, I can see my IP fine. Any ideas are app...
