OAproject 1.0 README

What is OAproject?
------------------
OAproject is a professional Service Oriented Architecture framework with
open source application adapters. The OAproject loosely coopled architecture 
and the services layer makes it suitable as a platform where web-based 
applications can hook and interoperate with each other in a simple and ease 
to implement way. 

The OAproject is composed of:
- a set of web services that constitutes the basis of the open source Service 
Oriented Architecture (SOA) where web-based applications  can hook and share 
services, and
- a set of application adapters that let applications connect to the SOA 
services and to the each other application in a loosely coopled way.

OAproject 1.0 won't be a project developped from scratch. It will take
the OAProject v0.0.1 release developped by Open Alliance Software
Libre and found in (http://www.oaproject.net/), and will continue that
work.

OAproject adapters can be developped either for open source applications 
or for commercial ones. 

Licence

The OAproject platform is released under the GNU GPL license. The GNU GPL gives 
you the right to use, modify and redistribute OAproject platform under certain 
conditions. The GNU GPL licence is distributedwith the software, see the file 
LICENCE. It is also available at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt
