Sets the CSS Class to specified value for webbean and all child beans. It will only change web beans that have CSS Classes set.

setViewOnlyRecursive(OAPageContext pageContext, OAWebBean webBean)

This sets view-only mode on the given web bean and all of its children (recursively)
