OAC Media Archive version 1.0 released

Media Archive is a library that provides archiving, versioning and preview-generation services for
digital files of any media.

It stores assets in the filesystem under a configured repository root. The files

Flex-db 4.0 Final released.

The database-independent FLEX-db 4.0 Final is now available for download. There is also a client API layer named OAC-DAM that you can use to access FLEX-db from your client applications.

Note that there is no Web client for FLEX-db 4.0 at this time. In the meantime you can use OAC-WORKFLOW to access FLEX-db, or you can use OAC-DAM to access FLEX-db from your own client applications.

OAC-WORKFLOW 1.0 Final released

Version 1.0 of OAC-workflow is a fully-functional workflow application built on top of the OBE Business Engine. It conforms to the XPDL version 1.0 specification. It contains three interfaces deployed in two web applications:

1. Security administration
2. Workflow administration
3. Workflow user

The workflow component is entirely written in Java and is hence platform independent.

It has been integrated with Jasper Reporting engine and Quartz Scheduling engine. For more information, please read the documentation that comes with the binary and source packages.
