#9 Only show notification of connection error once

When I use my laptop not at home, nzbdStatus keeps popping up notifications about not being able to connect. This is very distracting. I think a better solution would be to show the notification only once and indicate the failure with a modifier to the server status icon.

Patch to limit failure popups to once

I attached a simple patch. From the quick look of it, I think this should be enough to fix it. I tested the case where the server is not accessible, that works for me. I didn't test the case when the server becomes available again yet.
