[Nymserv-devel] Some CVS updates

Guys,

I have committed a few fixes to CVS.  First, there's a fix for the
broken keyring management, which re-implements the old GnuPG keyring
creation.  I have been using the GnuPG method on hod.aarg.net for a
while now, and it seems to be working very well.

Second, I have updated the README file to contain better installation
instructions.  I would appreciate a second pair of eyes on it to help
catch errors and such.  Any takers?  I also added some Postfix
instructions, but I'm really not very familiar with Postfix, so I
would like it if somebody else took a look at those, too.
