Ok, so I guess we should have two different flags.... razordrop and
razormark.  Sound good?

It could optionally be an entirely separate header.  Maybe something
like this:

Config:
From: atestuser
Spam: drop  (or mark)
Options: +whatever -whoever +etc

Which of those seems easier to handle?
