That Load/Save/Save As always open relative dir nwshader\material

If one is building xml materials from shaders via the "Build from Shader" button and then one goes to Load/Save/Save As it, the directory is set to what was last used (in this case to pick the shader to build the XML from), instead of nwshader\material, requiring lots of hunting through the dirs to find the correct spot
BahamutB - Still open, if you applied a fix I think the trick here is Load/Save/Save As all use the same base directory but BuildFromShader does not and since last used dir shows up (as I mentioned) any regular use of "Build From Shader" causes lots of clicking (and a bit of confusion because there are two materials directories. One for the XML and the other for the actual *.cgfx material shaders.
