The (new) files write_thread.[ch] are missing in the cvs archive so I
can't build the whole package. But I experienced a problem compiling
RTjpegN. It works with gcc3 but not gcc4, it might be a problem with the
MMX code, disabling it with "--disable-X86_MMX" seems to work (with a
lot of warnings).
