I am also getting same problem.
With .Net 1.1 it works fine.
But with .Net 2.0 it gives following error
"Error loading directive.properties! Something is very
wrong if these properties aren't being located. Either your
Velocity distribution is incomplete or your Velocity jar
file is corrupted!
The invoked member is not supported in a dynamic module.
at NVelocity.Runtime.RuntimeInstance.initializeDirectives()
at NVelocity.Runtime.RuntimeInstance.init()
at NVelocity.App.VelocityEngine.Init()

But if we rebuild the solution this error goes.
Is this something related to compatibility issue.
Any solution to this problem will be great help.

Yes, there is a version and I am working on getting that
setup already. I just got Maverick.Net moved over and
NVelocity is my next task.
In the meantime, the 1.1 assembly works fine with the 2.0
framework, I am currently doing that in several projects.
