270.29 changed the way Memory Usage is reported in nvidia-smi and GPU utilization is reporting N/A. Tested using GTX 460 768mb.

Are you using nvchart 270 or nvchart 260? because nvchart 260 is incompatible with the nvidia 270 drivers.

Download nvchart-270b and tell me if you still get issues.
