#7 screen going blank upon startup

i have a rivatnt with (composite) tv-out (asus v3400, 16mb) + a
voodoo2-card (not set up). every time i start nvtv -A [id of tnt-card], the
monitor just goes blank and i have so far not found a way to
"reanimate" my monitor or get a picture on my tv. i connect to my tv
with a coax-aerial-cable (standard-stuff). the only way to see
anything anywhere is a hard reset ... i've tried logging in via ssh and
doing a "nvtv -A [id] -m", but it didnt help ... all i get is "Warning:
Chrontel has unusual power settings." and then it seems to hang -
only way out is strg+c, but still no picture anywhere.

i'm
completely lost now. i hope you guys can help me out of there.

First, try 0.4.3. If it still hangs, get the source,
uncomment NVTV_DEBUG in debug.h, and send me the output
until it hangs by email.

I just can say I have the same Problem with the same
card-combination, but even without the voodoo2 the picture
is lost immedeatly after starting nvtv
