When draft button is pressed, there is a brief flicker in
which time a 404 page is visible. This also occurs with
other misc. pages.

Problem is more pronounced than I orginally noticed. Note
that this bug does not affect the functionality of the client, it
is strictly an asthetics issue.

Upgraded priority from 3 to 4.
