I'm new to XML, SOAP and thus NuSOAP. I fetch data from a .Net =
webservice via NuSOAP and display it with PHP using the call function.
But this takes a very long time (up to 8 minutes for a bigger =
application). Someone on zend.com has discovered that NuSOAP's =
xml_parser is the time consumer.
Any ideas how to improve the performance?
Is the call function the right thing to use to fetch data?
Here an example:
$d =3D array ('ClientID' =3D> $client,
'CustomDetails' =3D> '0',
'bSearch' =3D> '1',
'SearchArrays' =3D> 'NotSet',
'lPage' =3D> $page,
'OrderBy' =3D> '$order',
'OrderDirection' =3D> $dir,
'GroupID' =3D> $groupid,
'HotTopic' =3D> '0');
$dd =3D array($d);
$data =3D $sclient->call('GetProductList',$dd);
$data =3D $data[NewDataSet];
Are the SOAP classes from PEAR faster?
